New Years Goals - Not Resolutions

Just wanted to post a bit on this last day of 2009. So many things have happened and changed for so many in the course of a year. And while everyone is feeling a bit of a crunch, maybe some more than others, I wanted to look at the bright side of 2009.

Think of all that we have learned in the past year, each one of us. Then we should ask ourselves how will we use that in 2010 to be better. Can you be a better planner, a better person, a better painter, or a better Collector? Whatever the case may be there is something that each of us can learn from the past year.

I do believe that we then have the responsibility to take what we learn and apply it - use it for not only our own betterment, but also for those around us. Whether it is your neighbor, your community, your family or even your animals or hobby, it is there to be used. So instead of making New Years resolutions that focus on problems, lets make New Years Goals that will make a positive impact on us and our world. Everyone has a lesson they have learned in 2009, how will you use yours to improve 2010?

Happy New Year & Decade Everyone!!
